I went back to work today. I didn't get much sleep because I kept dreaming about Webkinz! I really need to get a life. Then, almost as soon as I walked in the door a woman came up to me and started spreading gossip. I love gossip just as much as the next person but she didn't even know what she was talking about. All her "facts" were totally wrong! Then she started talking about how my company was going to fire 150 more people and lay us all off for two more weeks. Aghhhhhhh! I told her that I was just going to come in everyday and do my job until they tell me I can't. That was not the way I wanted to start the year!
Neither was looking at the number on the scale this morning! As you can see I adjusted my weight loss tracker. Poop! At least I know I am not alone. That was a big topic of discussion at work today.
Oh well! I have a great family, a job, and great friends! That is more than a lot of people these days can say, so I am happy! Speaking of great friends......

Funny about the webkinz. Jude got one for Christmas...just one the small ones and I registered the thing. I played on-line for an amount of time that I won't disclose because it is just embarrassing. LOL. And I went to the doc today and wanted to run to the bathroom and gag myself after looking at the scale!!!!! I have very little will power and when the holidays are here I just can't abstain!!! So, back to rabbit food tomorrow.
Gal, if a guy really cares then dress size doesn't matter. Sage advice from someone old enough to be your granddad, but true never the less. "Love is good...LIKE is what's most important."
As for work, and at the risk of sounding like your F-I-L, put it in God's hands. He'll (God, not F-I-L0 will make it right...maybe not immediately but soon enough. :D
