I hope you all enjoyed my funny story from Thursday. I'm glad Kristy saw the humor in it! LOL
Here is another, more serious side to the family...........
Whenever any of the kids has a special function that they are involved in, most of the family shows up! Sports, dance or whatever. I've even had people come up to me at baseball games and tell me how great it is that the kids great grandma, grandparents and whoever else shows up at almost all the games!
Little Brayden had his first wrestling tournament today at 9:00 am. He is only 4 and he has never wrestled in front of a crowd. There was 13 people from my family there to cheer him on! He tried his best and got third place. He is so proud of that trophy he got! If you have never been to a kids wrestling tournament then you should definitely try it out!
Here are some pictures!

He really loves it when everyone is there. He even looked toward his crowd of family while wrestling. He did pretty good for wrestling 2 six year olds. The coach talked Jesse into letting him wrestle otherwise at four he is a little young but still so proud of himself. This is not a sport for mothers though you just want to go out and pull the other boy off of your sweet baby.
That was Ea's comment, not Mom!
WoW!! Brayden looks pretty tough. I don't think I would want to mess with him! Way to go Buddy!!
^5s, BRAYDON!
Mother of 4 is right about "...sweet baby". As a t-ball coach I took more crap from mom's than I care to remember.
I don't like wrestling or boxing. What's the fun in beating up someone? They were really cute!Ea, use your own computer!Brayden was really proud of his trophy.
Oh my gosh! He is so totally adorable. GO BRAYDON!
For "mom of 4", the boxing/wrestling thing is probably a primal, genetic thing, going back to men as hunters and gals as gathers. But, I'm just guessing. *grin*
You are really lucky! My kids only see their grandparents a couple to a few times a year and never hear from them in between. And omgosh he looks soooo cute in his wrestling gear!
I think its pretty special that your family is so supportive! We don't have a much family in our area and Dougs mom only sees the boys maybe once a year... and she only lives in wooster... go figure!
Thanks for the pictures, I'm sorry I missed it, but he does look so tough, and growing up so quickly, I look forward to the day that we can watch him wrestle in high school, I never watched wrestling until Brian Beeghley wrestled and i was yelling more than his family. Our family gets way to defensive about out sports. Go Brayden!!
